Scientific Games has extended its agreement with the National Lottery in Poland.

The National Lottery, known as Totalizator Sportowy, will continue to offer lottery products to its players, such as its instant scratch card games.

This follows a recent collaboration between the two, which saw the launch of the ‘I Love Big Cash’ scratch card game, which was developed using the new Dimension technology.

Totalizator Sportowy Manager of Instant Products, Katarzyna Woznica-Borkowska, said: “We’ve chosen to extend our instant games agreement with Scientific Games so that we can continue to responsibly grow this product category and generate proceeds for Polish sport and culture.”

The initial partnership was signed over 20 years ago, but since 2020 the sales of instant scratch card games have increased by 39%.

Scientific Games VP of Global Strategic Accounts, Kevin Anderson, said: “Following an impressive several years of growth, this extension signifies the trusted relationship with Totalizator Sportowy that we have established across two decades.

“We look forward to continuing our work to drive meaningful growth for the instant product category in Poland through strategic portfolio planning and more innovative games for players.”

Currently, Scientific Games works with 114 government-regulated lotteries around the world, 50 of which are based in Europe.

This marks a similar deal to the one recently struck with the national lottery of Estonia, Eesti Loto, which has also been live for over two decades.
