Full House Resorts has announced the inauguration details for its latest gaming destination, Chamonix Casino Hotel, set to open its doors on 27 December 2023.
Positioned approximately 45 miles from Colorado Springs and 80 miles from Denver’s southern suburbs, Chamonix Casino Hotel features a casino floor equipped with slot machines, a slot salon and a table games area.
The inauguration at noon on 27 December will witness the opening of the entire casino, a segment of the 300-guestroom hotel, alongside valet, garage and surface parking facilities.
To accommodate guests, a temporary restaurant and buffet named Chamonix Bistro will operate in the meeting room area initially. Full operational capacities for guestrooms are anticipated within a week of the opening.
Chamonix’s subsequent offerings within a month encompass the upscale 980 Prime restaurant curated by Las Vegas celebrity chef Barry Dakake. Additionally, the hotel will introduce retail store Ore and Alloy and the Chamonix Spa.
Baxter Lee, GM of Chamonix Casino Hotel, said: “Chamonix is a special place, unlike any other casino hotel in the state. It offers a high-end, Las Vegas experience in our beautiful Colorado mountain setting. We are overjoyed to open Chamonix’s doors on 27 December and to welcome our friends from Colorado and beyond.”
The development of Chamonix Casino Hotel follows the reveal of Full House Resorts’ financial report in Q1 2023, marked by a 21% revenue increase, attributed partly to the opening of The Temporary earlier in the year.
Additionally, Full House Resorts’ partnership with Circa Sports facilitated the launch of Circa Sports Illinois, providing mobile betting and a brick-and-mortar sportsbook at American Place Casino in Waukegan.
